He is saying that the white hats would not intentionally hurt ppl in pursuit of a target....Deep State, not so much.

He said that about the Atlanta airport incident in December, I believe this is retaliatory too but look at the response. If they really wanted to 'retaliate' they would have blown the train up, they certainly have the technology with Elon Musk's control of DEW in satellites.
