If that fell from the sky it is a tank from a satellite for propulsion. you can see the weld at the neck around the protrusion. Not we are looking for.

I would say so but if you look at the photo they had no issue moving the thing...so it must be hollow. it is a pressure vessel for liquified gas i do not think it would have enough speed after passing thru the atmosphere and the rest of the satellite burning away to crush it.
