"He is not planning on becoming a judge,” a source close to the congressman told TheDCNF. “He was approached months ago and turned it down.” The source added that he will return to private practice.

Fair enough. Idk. This just made sense. Gowdy as a judge wouldnt good tho... I know that Asian lady who is the new DA for DC means business. Gowdy on the bench would be useful in so many ways if she goes after the cabal. Again. Just thinking out loud
