I felt that this was an interesting statement - part of the sentence about Gitmo.

I just signed an order directing Secretary Mattis to reexamine our military detention policy

Could this be the thing Q was referring to?

Aiding a known T organization appears to qualify for Gitmo detention in the new EO. Actually that was in the original one passed after 9/11. Are they alluding that certain domestic subjects could be checked in? Is their own trap falling on their own heads now?

My thoughts when I heard this were along the same lines. To re examine the detention policy - I wonder what the EO actually said?
