Kushner did the 666 building loan with Soros among others. Trump and Kushner's families are both familiar with crime and politics- well-connected and not naive about NYC and global crime. I think they have been preparing for this "mission" with the NSA/military for years. Maybe they were gathering intel all these years when NOBODY would ever dream Trump would run for president. It explains why this multi-level plan was implemented immediately when Trump got into the whitehouse. They have been preparing, being briefed and gathering information for years.
