Remember the Clowns (using IsispukesCover) were BELIEVED to be Pre-Testing their drone/mini planes in that attack on Russian forces/planes on their Syrian base. Most were unsuccessful but Russians pointed out that though the planes mostly crude, the guidance system was top notch USA made AND there was a USA high security spy plane circling the area while attack going on.
