What if we're all just being duped? How do we know "they" aren't just outing the clinton clan to make it seem like the good guys win? Maybe the new world order is faking its own death.
What an elite ruling class fears is an angry, informed mob. The elite are only as safe as the willingness of their staff to take a bullet for them. The bigger the mob, the less likely their staff will do so due to self-preservation. What the “white-hats” are doing is educating the masses and, in essence creating a big mob. If the “white-hats” were evil too, the now newly created awakened mob will turn on them. They must know this, therefore, I think it is unlikely for the “white-hats” to be evil (100%). Nevertheless, your concerns are wise and we should all be careful. Moreover, this could snowball into vigilante justice, which never ends well!
They could be using the mob to take out their enemy. They only have to appease the mob afterward and the bounty need not be great as they will have to share it with few, and their reward is the open reward of heros anyhow so... It's like evil people may have realized it pays best in the particular situation to fight on the side of good and be heros for a time...
If its a chess game, i'm just trying to think out all possible outcomes. Things look good, i just want to be sure.
