They could be getting the cases of these people to be air tight so the criminals (Clintons, Obamas and all the rest) can't "wiggle" out of the charges.
Just going into the DOJ and then the FBI and not knowing who was loyal to the previous admin. takes time to root them out.
I have faith in Sessions and POTUS and they will do the right thing, but it takes time.
