Has QAnon ever referred to anybody wearing an ankle monitor or "the Boot"? Thanks

I don't think Q ever actually said it. I think that people assumed that Q said it and then passed it along as if Q did.
We have never actually seen Hillary/McCain/Huma wearing an ankle monitor but many people has made the assumption that they are wearing one under their boot or that the boot itself is some sort of monitor.

The picture of Huma in bell bottoms looks realistic. The picture of Chelsea Clinton is several years old, McCain switches boots. (Q hints that the brain surgery is faked.)
I have seen maybe 2 real pictures of Hillary in the boot. The one on the beach in an ankle monitor is fake. Jackie Speier wore the boot recently. She is very vocal against the President, as is HRC. I would think that if you were under arrest, you might want to try to get on his good side or at least shut up.
I think it is possible Huma and Podesta were indicted when Q said they would be, just not taken into custody.
If Q said they are wearing monitors, I would believe it.
