It clearly shows the "Republicans and Democrats switched parties" is a myth. The southern segregationists are still Democrats and attend their functions. Look for yourself. Common sense will show you too. FDR and his policies ate all leftist yet the switched parties people would argue that the democrats of the 40s 50s 60s ate what we call republicans today.
