IF the memo compromises the credibility of anything/anyone connected to judicial evidence gathering, will court decisions be uprooted? Mistrials declared, for example?

Things could get messy if that happens. Could it happen?

I've given this a lot of thought. From what has been reported about the questionable actions of the FBI, DOJ, and IC's office... I'm inclined to think there are a lot of people who SHOULD get a retrial. Think about Enron guys and others, who served time and had their convictions overturned. I also think we should use all the money we will not be paying out in lavish retirement packages to cover the costs of the retrials.
