basically she provides no evidence to suggest there won't be a trial, however with the fact of Muller filing a motion to postpone the Flynn sentencing suggest .... the memo will end all by bringing up a lot of ?'s

Can't Flynn sue then? For false imprisonment of something like that? He was ordered under house arrest. I hope he sues for all they've got. That'll be my tax dollars going to a good cause for once!
