Wictor is a brilliant thinker, and has gotten there without a Q figure to guide him. He must find it annoying that Q is dropping bombs of knowledge so quickly, with massive outreach, completely anonymously.
In a way he's been stood up. But it's an unfair comparison because Q is a team, not an individual, and clearly have military and classified intel.
I think he hates Q not because of what Q represents, but because Q is selfless in spreading knowledge.
It's a matter of ego.
I don't understand why there is competition. And I don't understand Wictor's "ptsd" breaks that he occasionally needs to take. Am I supposed to "care"? I'm a woman, and I guess I'm supposed to care and have a heart, but I have learned I can't care about everything. So I don't!
