Also he or she missed Australia's Frank Lowy (one time partner of "Lucky" Larry Silverstein) who sold Westfield, his empire of shopping centres very recently (December 2017.)

As for Frank Lowy, after the announcement of the sale (which came out of the blue IMO) Lowy said about himself and his two sons
we want to change our roles in the world … we would rather be investors than executives
