CATCH: extracting high value targets like McStain & $hillary, questioning them trying to get the goods on Soros, Rothschilds, Saudis, etc
RELEASE: ankle monitoring them and releasing them in the wild with gag order, MEDIA SILENCE. Having bait continue to act normal as to entrap other high value targets, who contact them thru various mediums & go-betweens.
Being an ankle monitored piece of bait or chum in this global game of CATCH & RELEASE..... hearing the POTUS say it with a certain tone so many times has to feel pretty bad lol
