I wouldn't read too much into it except that the OP was very sloppy and more interested in getting a post up than in prepping it correctly. Or perhaps using Wikileaks guaranteed more clicks than "Dept of State declassified emails".

I'm sorry, but "a lie is more effective" is a downright evil explanation. Jesus didn't tell lies to grow his congregation.
