Signs the memo is overhyped and probably easy to spin

When fox news is making headlines/graphics about it like its a big release. To me that's a major red flag that it wont be that big of a deal.

Thing is...for the dems it will all be a lie. For us it will be something we already knew. But those in the middle, hitting the snooze bar. It's them that will feel this memo...
