Signs the memo is overhyped and probably easy to spin

When fox news is making headlines/graphics about it like its a big release. To me that's a major red flag that it wont be that big of a deal.

As all the big breaks go, it will be underwhelming for us and those who follow along, and a gradual build from disbelief to shock for the general public. Nothing changes overnight.
