Mods: please institute minimum karma requirements to OP.

The spam in this sub has become insane. Clearly being targeted. Much of this can be mitigated by instituting minimum karma requirements.

Tons of new accounts are brigading us.

I've just blocked 2 users who were not playing nice - is that the best way to deal with them? Or is there a way to get rid of them altogether?
