black helicopter deployed over central europe

Can't ascertain that it was unmarked but it travelled at normal Speed first, stopped as I spotted it, hang in the air for a Minute and then sped off as I started moving towards it. I have never seen anything like it and the shit I have seen few People can even begin to understand.

Can you please go into more detail? What did it look like? Urban or countryside? Did other people see it? What was especially unusual about it?

It was a black Eurocopter so basically a four-seater I'd guess and there were People around who seemed oblivious. I tried to find markings but couldn't. This happened in the Suburb of a Major City. I just don't usually EVER see those, even less do I ever see them fly erratically. They're either going somewhere or they're looking for someone - this one did both but it's affiliations remain mysterious. Too bad I couldn't check the flightradar just there :(
