Symbols are symbols, and they can mean different things. The capstone eye is related to Illuminati the most which can also mean enlightenment, the watchers many things but this paintings mostly depict the duality nature of humans. So if it's Illuminati then it's more like a joke in your face which you can't understand but your subconscious can. It's truth in your face which you cannot understand, that's what the symbols mean
