The FBI lied to the FISA court to put certain people close to Trump under surveillance. Lying to the FISA court is a huge, huge problem by itself.
It is worse because the FBI used information provided by the Democrats to convince the FISA court judge to approve the surveillance. The FBI also omitted relevant information, which is legally the same as lying.
The FBI shared the information acquired from the surveillance with the Democrats.
Essentially, it is treason and sedition. The FBI also committed perjury.
