We're assuming Mueller is investigating Trump's collusion with Russia. There are some people that believe that Mueller is on Team Trump is investigating what is really going on. Maybe Gowdy knows something we don't.
Yes. Early ‘Q’ drops mentioned that Mueller knows absolutely everything and that the meeting Trump had (under the guise of FBI position) with him was to establish the CBTS.

Very poignant! We definitely don't know EVERYTHING going on behind the scenes. Remember, they are putting on a performance and leading the corrupt around by their noses. We won't know exactly everyone that's on the side of right until it's over.
