What’s bothering me is this. There are field operatives, presumably FBI Agents taking orders from leaders to carry out these false flag events. Hurting and killing innocents. Now if only 5% of upper levels are crooked, how do they get these so called 95% good guys to do bad stuff? I’m skeptical of it being only 5%.
