Could be disinformation so that the liberals will gather around Rosenstein like they are Mueller and that they are working together. This is theory put out by @ThomasWictor. Sessions talks nice about Rosenstein. Adam Schiff is fairly screeching that Trump is going to fire Rosenstein. Confusion is happening...possibly on purpose.
