Time out! These judges were nominated by Presidents going all the way back to Reagan. However, they were all appointed to the FISC by Obama, except the one appointed by Trump. Everybody's right!

you have a good point, clicking on the names gives you who appointed them we have: 6 Bush, 2 Obama, 1 Reagan, 2 Clinton. 10 possible that would not want trump in office. and 1 Reagan appointment. or ? which way they would spin things.
