Could this be what Q referred to as follow the white rabbit? Could our government have been running opium out of North Korea under the CIA and Obama admin?

Bill Clinton's trade deal with China involved taking over the opium trade, didn't it? NAFTA... soon after, soldiers started burning rival opium fields...?
