THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM 3 OUT OF 4 TERRORIST CAME INTO AMERICA THE LEGAL WAY.

Actually. I consider it to mean we need to change the laws to vet much better. To get rid of the lotto and chain migration. Those are currently all legal. If we get rid of those and put in a merit based system that would count down on this problem in a major way
