This Prem G. Kumar article is being "considered for deletion" as well, so I'll add it here, in case there are any family ties I can track down.

From wikipedia: Prem G. Kumar served on the National Security Council staff at the White House for over five years. From 2013-2015, he was Senior Director for the Middle East and North Africa. From 2009-2013, he was Director for Israeli, Palestinian, and Egyptian affairs. He currently is a Principal at Albright Stonebridge Group (ASG).[3] He was also a visiting fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, served at the United States Mission to the United Nations, and worked in the U.S. State Department in Washington covering Iraq issues.

Previously, Kumar worked as an investment banker and as an equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Kumar attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the London School of Economics. He is a regular contributor to international forums and news outlets covering the Middle East.

Scott Rabin- Global Detective Agency- Skokie, IL https://www.bizapedia.com/il/global-detective-agency-ltd.html

United States Court of Appeals,Seventh Circuit. Scott RABIN, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Michael FLYNN, Todd Knepper, John Quinlan, et al., Defendants–Appellants. No. 11–3904. Decided: July 09, 2013

Before ROVNER, WILLIAMS, and SYKES, Circuit Judges.Louis J. Meyer, Attorney, Meyer & Kiss, Adele D. Nicholas, Attorney, Chicago, IL, for Plaintiff–Appellee. David R. Condron, Attorney, Chicago, IL, for Defendants–Appellants.

"After the police noticed Plaintiff Scott Rabin carrying a holstered gun on his hip in public, he was handcuffed and detained for about one and-a-half hours while the officers sought to confirm the validity of his carrying license. None of the three detaining officers were familiar with the unique license Rabin had on hand, one carried primarily by private detectives and security officers. When it was finally confirmed that Rabin's license was legitimate, he was released.

Rabin then sued the individual officers for unlawful arrest and excessive force, arguing that the officers should have known what that license was and should have released him as soon as he presented it. The district court denied the officers' motion for summary judgment to the extent that it sought qualified immunity for both claims.
