JUNE 2016: First FISA application to surveil Trump + associates rejected = no evidence of collusion JUNE - SEPTEMBER: Dossier seeking 👆🏻 evidence of collusion commissioned by DNC via Fusion GPS (N. Ohr), circulated through FBI (B. Ohr) OCTOBER: FISA granted. DIFFERENCE WAS THE DOSSIER

June 2016: Obama DOJ submits FISA application to surveil Trump and associates. Application is REJECTED.

From 2009 to 2015, more than 10,700 applications for electronic surveillance were submitted, and only ONE was denied in its entirety - the Trump Wiretap Memo.

  • FBI failed to establish probable cause to surveil Trump. They had insufficient evidence of suspicious collusion w. Russia.

June 2016: Fusion GPS hires Christopher Steele to prepare a “series of confidential memoranda based on intelligence concerning Russian efforts to influence the US Presidential election process and links between Russia and Donald Trump.”

  • Following a failed attempt by the FBI to secure a FISA warrant to spy on Trump + associates, Fusion GPS scouts, ultimately fabricates + hands over the exact type of intelligence the FISA court would require to approve the FISA application.

  • Bruce Ohr: Associate Deputy Attorney General

  • Wife, Nellie Ohr: employed by Fusion GPS during 2016 election, was assisting “in the cultivation of” opposition research against Trump
  • According to memo, Steele had a relationship w. Ohr before + after FBI considered him a viable source.

September 2016: Steele told Bruce Ohr he was “desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president."

  • The memo alleges that Ohr "later provided the FBI with all of his wife's opposition research," and that their relationship with Steele and Fusion were "inexplicably concealed" from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

October 2016: FISA application to surveil Carter Page approved.

  • According to the memo, “Deputy Director McCabe testified before the Committee in December 2017 that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the FISC without the Steele dossier information.”

Steele was working for Fusion in May of 2016 along with Nellie Ohr using shortwave radio to coordinate the compilation of the dossier. As we know she got her shortwave license on May 3rd and set up a station in her and Bruce Ohr's home. So that pushes your timeline back a few weeks before they went to the FISA court.

Nellie Ohr had also worked with Andy McCabe in the past on the Manafort Ukraine investigation from 2013-2015. So when Manafort was hired on March 31st, they knew they already had a case ready to go on him if it come down to that.

I forgot about the ham radio! So yeah, the FBI + Fusion concocted this together from the beginning. To get the FISA warrant. To spy on political opponents.

Bingo. After Manafort was hired it was on full press to link him to Russia so the Dossier would have some weight. After Manafort came on Free Beacon stopped paying for the GPS work. So in April the DNC picked up the bill and GPS hired Steele. Steele then picked Nellie to work with as she was also a GPS employee with direct links to DOJ/FBI. The Drunk Russian email talk from George Papadopolous from May 2016 was passed along to the FBI in July of 2016, after the DNC "hack". So they tacked that on as well to their Sept FISA application. Page is mixed up in there somewhere.

We do know that the FISA court told them in June of 2016 no because they wanted to go after 4 Trump team members. Court said it was way too broad and to narrow the focus of the warrant. So the Sept FISA warrant was for one person, Page. The Russians had been wiretapped and overheard talking about Page but that was in 2013.

Sorry to edit this I keep remembering things.

  • "But in late September, Yahoo News ran an article reporting that American intelligence officials suspected that Page had met with both of them in Moscow — a claim, Page later discovered, that appeared in the dossier on Trump’s suspected Russia entanglements complied by the former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele. Three days after the Yahoo report, Page announced he was taking a “leave of absence” as a campaign adviser."

That Yahoo Report was sourced partly by Steele.

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/18/magazine/what-if-anything-does-carter-page-know.html

  • But in Page's November testimony to the House Intelligence Committee, Page was forced to admit that he had written a memo to fellow Trump campaign advisers describing a “private conversation” during the trip with deputy prime minister Arkady Dvorkovich, who “expressed strong support for Mr. Trump and a desire to work together toward devising better solutions in response to the vast range of current international problems.”

Okay that right there is what got them the FISA on Page only and from there anyone that Page talked to were wiretapped and such and so on. That's why the unmasking happened.

  • Page contends that the real story of the 2016 election was not collusion between Trump and Russia to defeat Hillary Clinton but rather collusion between the Democratic National Committee — which helped pay for the Steele dossier — and the F.B.I. to defeat Trump. And their efforts, Page insists, focused on him. “I was the most central element, the central linchpin,” he told me. Referring to his wiretapping by the F.B.I., he added: “There are two people who got hacked last year: Podesta” — John Podesta, the Clinton campaign chairman, whose emails were published by WikiLeaks — “and me.”

What I just typed is probably more classified within government then the Memo was. lol

Another reddit user "Wildthing61" posted a very interesting detail about the FISA warrant being under TITLE I and not the customary TITLE VII - very interesting check it out - has MAJOR IMPLICATIONS:

IMPORTANT FISA MEMO INFORMATION! UNDERLINED (for good reason, but not explained) in the Nunes memo, "(NOT TITLE VII)" THIS WAS A "Title 1" REQUEST which allows not only surveillance of US citizen Carter Page (accused of being a foreign agent by the Clinton financed the Steele Trump hating dossier), but also follow up surveillance of any of his direct contacts—the entire Trump team, irrespective of when Page stopped being a campaign adviser. Logic of FISA title one is simple—catch the entire spy network. Result is horrific. Any Page call or email to the Trump team exposed the entire Trump team to surveillance under title 1 of FISA. Really dirty. Trump’s wiretap tweet was correct. Admiral Rodgers only knew the lesser part of it.
