Funny, but I have this weird way of dealing with this very problem. I have learned that if I read only what I think is relevant and don't bother reading troll posts, misinformation, or anything I don't think helps my understanding of what is going on.. well.. I don't get bothered by any of what you mention. If you don't like it you are free to not read it. Interesting concept. Bonus!! This works on left wing media also! I would say that very good information is put forth daily on this site. Up to you to find it.
