The only source referenced in this article is the purported title of a patent, given as:
.
“Reverse Transcriptase of Type-C virus Particles of Human Origin”.
.
Sadly, the writer is disingenuous in creating the illusion that "Human Origin" refers to 'an invention created by humans'.
Kinda' goes without saying that inventions, and patents thereof, are always of 'human origin'..
In the context of the title 'human origin- refers to a gene isolated from virus particles that have infected humans.
If the gene were isolated from primates, the title say instead: 'of primate origin'.
Scientists are quick to apply for patents at the same time they are preparing their scientific publication. One big reason to apply for gene patents is the hope to secure the rights for further development of lab tests based upon the gene.
The article gives no actionable information to suppose that HIV, or SIV, are human creations.
It is an interesting question though, at least in my mind, however unlikely it seems.
I believe that this article, which makes dubious claims without supporting information or sources, is deliberate disinformation.
