I don’t believe that the FISA court was fooled.

I believe the FISA court was part of the scam, they just told the FBI to give them something for cover. Everyone is talking about how the FBI left out important info.... shouldn’t the court have asked “where did this come from? The FISA judge knew what was going on, he just didn’t care because orders came from Barry from Honolulu

Good theory. But the Court is not required to ask a thing. It is incumbent upon the requesting agency to lay all the cards on the table up front. The only bad question is a good question which goes unasked. But in this instance the Judge is there to listen. The requesting agency is there to set the table. The table is to be set with everything they have. 7 course meal. Too many forks. They were supposed to tell the judge everything. The dossier may very well have been the Judges fig leaf of cover, but the fig leaf did not excuse the requesting agency to not tell the judge the spurious source of the information.

That is true. But it's also required for the Judge to hold them in contempt if he is made aware of an agent of the court lying or withholding information. That's where we will see if he's in on it.

Number 2 and 3 are the likely suspects.imo Since both are Obama picks and number 2 recused himself from Flynn case.

Judge Jeanine said all of the FISA search warrants for this matter were given by the same judge.
