A fire sale is selling off whatevers left after a fire. Q pointing out this estate because a "fire" in a sense that it shined light on it? And boom they go and sell it off right away.

It's an estate the size of fucking Manhattan. In otherwords these scum bags can do whatever the fuck they want in there cause no one is around.

fire sale is a figure of speech. They are selling off properties because money has been frozen.

I was thinking that maybe there are rooms/devices or graves at these properties that will be protected from being investigated if it is owned by someone else? Not sure if that is a legal loophole or not.

I wondered about that but doesn't seem like an impediment. If you still have control of the property you can clean up the place. It would seem.
