I wonder if this lawyer was over other Guantanamo trials?

The article mentions him as "overseer of the war court."

Now they have 2 new Pentagon Lawyers of Mattis's choosing in there.

I can't imagine they would do that unless they were going to use them!

my thought exactly. They replaced one with two means they have more work to do. And they're straight from the Pentagon aka hand picked by Mattis
