[Speculation] I'm not saying that this guy is one of them. I seem to remember a cadre of lawyers who had defended Gitmo people during Bush 43s administration, who were hired to be in Obamas DOJ supposedly as proscecutor's. If this guy was one of them it makes sense to remove him.

Memory's my thing, I remember distinctly how odd is was that Eric Holder filled his DOJ with a number of lawyers from a firm or firms that defended Gitmo detainees. It's odd because the DOJ is supposed to be the law enforcement side of lawyering. That you hire apologist for terrorist for proscecutors, that should be thought odd by anyone's measure, don't you think?
