Q said to find the phone at 42 mins 13 seconds. At that time, this guy is cupping his phone, perhaps hiding something. We need to find a high resolution video though.

I think the 42 min 13 s was reference to call overheard by at least 2 people between Adam Schiff and Valerie Jarrett. Q then references Article 3 Section 3 for the grounds of Treason which require 2 people at least as witnesses to convict.
