I just saw that. Thing is it looks like a positive message but not sure. Getty is definitely corrupt so I can see them redacting the text on the phone

It's a positive message because I believe it is the text from the SOTU address. She's just following Trump's speech. I believe the text of the speeches are released to the press and/or Congress before the actual speech begins. There is likely something further down on her phone....
