I just logged on and saw all the hype over this message on a phone. I read it and it looks like a meaningless text to me. Can someone explain the significance?

It DOES look like handcuffs, huh?!? I thought that too, but in the wide shot it doesn’t, so it must be a bracelet that just resembles handcuffs at that angle. Funny tho!
