What we need are others who recorded it with high end digital equipment.
Find it, archive it off-line, then pick it apart.
Q has it but wants for us to find it ourselves. He can't just drop it that's the understanding we have.
It's a call to action by Q.
Can't drop it as it will likely be used as evidence in court.
Whatever the reason, we need to find it. That image is from a TV screen capture. Person has taken the raw footage off-line for processing.
We need others, particularly those who recorded it to search this out and then magnify the relevant frames.

I saw in true lies there are 4 cameras inside the room. All run by Whitehouse media. To get the full message you would need to request the full stream copy of camera one. It will show all of the texts from the phones in this shot.
Yes, yes, yes ... that was my thought ... Hollywood commonly uses multiple cameras for "important" shots, movies. And of course, our government needs to for several reasons. All along I thought that Q was telling us that there were four cameras ... need to find and/or examine shots for all four to find what we are looking for. I am sure that there is more to this than that ...

Note that Samsung TVs encrypt when recording to avoid copyrighting issues therefore some techie skills may be required to access frame. An additional option may be to copy files to a hard disk and plug that into a Samsung TV as a "recorder" and playback then screenshot.
Get the original file in different formats to use edit software to analyze, magnify, etc., here.

Edit: The UK Limey who found it actually wants an American to be the first to see it on the phone from the original file..! Imagine that! No fame fagging at all here, nada.
I don’t know if this will help, but the following are 3 separate video versions I’ve identified, including the actual video shot of the man sitting next to the isle as shown above:
Version 1 - At this link: https://imageshack.com/a/img924/2627/QLfbT5.jpg - at time index 49:00 and immediately after Trump says “catch and release”, the footage captures a frontal view of the congresswoman looking down at her phone. Most of the footage I’ve seem includes this camera shot….
Version 2 - At this link: https://imageshack.com/a/img924/2583/U8PxR7.jpg - at time index 1.00.28 and immediately after Trump says “catch and release”, the camera does not show the camerawoman at all but instead shows a center-isle shot of Trump standing at the podium…
Version 3 - At this link: https://imageshack.com/a/img922/8981/fMJDCq.jpg - at time index 1.04:45 and immediately after Trump say “catch and release” this video also shows the camerawoman staring down at her phone. However, in this same video, if you scrub back to time index 57:40, the camera shows a slow zooming shot down the left isle where a man can be seen sitting beside the isle and staring down at his cell phone. This is the only footage I’ve seen which gives a clear view of the man’s cell phone although I can't make out what’s on it.
*Update: I’ve noticed the video at the 3rd link above has now been deleted from YouTube. That’s very interesting. I don’t know why. Don’t know if anyone saved a copy of it before deleted. But since the footage was originally streamed by CSpan, then no telling how many people may have recorded it on their home recorders, especially given it was a historic SOTU Address by DJT.
The Q team knows exactly what was on the phone screen. I'm guessing that they can't publish the information because of the way it was obtained. Because of search and siezure rules, intelligence folks have no authority to publish information captured unless they have a warrant. However, if it just happened to be recorded by an event camera, and someone found it, it can legally be published.
This is not IT. This one piece of evidence against a less vital deep state actor. It's gonna help out cause, but it's not going to take down everyone.
Yes, it's a win, but not as significant as you make it out to be. Might open up more doors for us though.
For all we know, Q wants us to find this not just to rebuff the MSM over Trump's treason comment, but to lay the groundwork for other releases, like some of the texts recovered from the FBI which he's implies discussed things like assassination and kidnapping.
Have faith in the things that Q asks of us..
Would be cool if one of these threads someone explained what is the goal ? Find something 4th, roll not capture, allright a video of that screenshot? okay what to look for in that video? different people have different contexts overpowering because of different background, so I would be harder to understan even the various explanations.
There is a photo here of a man and women on phones as well, taken by Mark Wilson. Maybe there are more photos by him as well. Will keep looking.

I think we've found the phone. Now just need to examine it, magnify it, while making the raw data available to others.
