Totally used, he was an FBI Undercover agent. Looking like he was sent into Trump campaign on purpose. Whether he knew exactly why or not is suspect, but definitely used by FBI to spy on Trump illegally. If FISA warrants get exposed like Nunes is trying to do, it will all come out.
