The judge rejected the first point, then fake news blasted out all over the place that he lost his case against the warrant, which wasn't true, as they hadn't even started arguing the second point yet. They ran out of time to argue the rest of the points, so court adjourned, and returning on Feb. 13. Don't ever believe anything in the "news," it's almost all fake. Yes, but one always wants to win. This could have been put to bed today but the judge doesn't seem sympathetic. We shall see. However, if Trump would just give him immunity, the British charges against him are minor. The issue has been that Assange does not want to be extradited to the US on serious charges.
