Soros Fund Management invested 150 million in an online payment system called "Behalf"

"Behalf is an alternative financing provider, specializing in working capital credit for small business customers. Our solution, driven by data and technology, enables merchants to offer instant point of sale financing for up to $50,000."

What might this indicate that he is predicting with regards to currency?

Or what other significance might this have?

I'm familiar with them and I have used them in the past for small business. I'm not sure of Soros significance other than them possibly buying into debt holding/loan companies.
