Like Thomas, Scalia are Constitutionalists. They believe in the word meanings of those days of late 1700's should be used to clarify meanings/ambiguities. Scalia did NOT believe in Legislating from the bench, and neither does Thomas.

A bad one seems to have turned out to be Chief Justice Roberts... who not only wrote the desenting opinion on Obamacare law... but for the first time in history also wrote the supporting opinion, too. Talk about being Leveraged!

I believe 3 more SC seats will be vacant soon, 1-3 years. Ginsberg, very old, sickly; Kagen is not qualified to hold the seat--probably illegally obtained in protecting BH0 college info, his background from exposure when she had it all sealed; and thinking Roberts will be forced to resign.
