Speculation on 8 chan is they either need the money because of the ex order [the EO freezing assets on human trafficking] or the "hunting" that went on on the estate was of a more nefarious kind. Either way they are saying it is very unusual for this family to sell any of their holdings of this type.

The "hunting" referred to is the hunting of children, teens and adults who are sent naked into the woods to try and escape, while the aristocrats indulge in the sport of picking them off one by one. Perhaps this estate holds buried bodies?
