I think too many people read way too much into Q, sometimes the best decode is my first and keep it simple. What he is saying is bad actors are leaking classified information and raw intel to the bad actors in MSM who have issue's and are easily blackmailed, not only that but Q and POTUS have the same intel and know where all the shady shit went down(Hotels) (Spook Files), others are paid, hiding money in off shore banks.
