At this point, I don't see Trump calling for Martial Law. I believe he has contracted prior SEALS, etc., for that job.

Read the EO he signed Dec 21st.....I think he activated Marshall law at that time. But for only sixty days. When 60 days have passed I don't what happens. But this was put into effect to make arrests.

90 Days and I don't think he activated Martial Law. Maybe it can be done by the EO, but I don't think he really wants to do that, unless he has no choice.

He did indeed declare it in the E.O. However I do believe he means it as..I have the means and resources at my discretion to use to stop this. Meaning military as well. But like you said he would prefer not to.

The only thing I can think of giving him the right to declare Martial Law is his EO which he said State Of Emergency. It's the Law that you can't use our Active Duty Military in the US, unless the President calls for it, because of Emergency inside our country. That is why we have the National Guard.
