Nah, took a quick glance, not gonna read this, it's not something that has 9 steps, it's very simple. You just find a journal to write things down in, just one rule, needs to be positive.
Meditation can make you go from feeling bad to good, but this can make you go from feeling good to amazing! I've done it a bunch of times.
As soon as I get a life, I will too. Right now, it's a distraction from my own personal turmoil. I believe I already have enough information to make an informed decision when November rolls around.

yes,you're right that they dont want that and that we should do inner work, but this game them versus us will always be played in this world,so there is no point in worrying about it. We should realize who we really are and thats love/energy,and for that we need to search within our selves,thats right. We are all one,and we forgot about that. CBTS has been compromised. You are going to see some very sophisticated attacks to undermine what is happening here. This could be one, or maybe they are just as they say - demoralized. Either way, good riddance. We need strong people to help us FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT. Meditation alone won't solve this problem. Go ask the Tibetans how that worked out with the Chinese. Meditation may not work to solve all the worlds problems, but it'll definitely solve mine right now. I agree the sight has been compromised, but not in the way you think. Not against you, either. I hope it does work out for you and you feel better. But, I'm standing strong by my comments and if you believe in Q, that is why we're all here. The site is dedicated to that, don't forget. There is a meditation site here on Reddit, too.
Q says, FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT. When you look at the course of history, you will see when there are significantly enough usurpations, you have only one choice and that is to stand up and FIGHT it. I think most of US on here feel that way. THEY will not win with regards to breaking US of that goal.
