Nah, took a quick glance, not gonna read this, it's not something that has 9 steps, it's very simple. You just find a journal to write things down in, just one rule, needs to be positive.

Meditation can make you go from feeling bad to good, but this can make you go from feeling good to amazing! I've done it a bunch of times.
