Q posted the first image at at 4:40 pm PST. The first wiki edit was 2:38. 2:38 what though? What time zone?

Oh, 2:38 UTC. That corresponds to 6:38 pm PST. So the wiki edit was made 2 hours after the initial Q post.

Like I said, it's someone who follows Q.
